Business Development Specialist – Bahrain

About the role

SoloSource is seeking a motivated Business Development Specialist to drive growth across technology consulting, IT services, and digital transformation initiatives in Bahrain and the wider GCC region. You will be responsible for uncovering new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and supporting the company’s expansion goals.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in Bahrain and the GCC.
• Generate leads through networking, outreach, and market research.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
• Drive sales for IT services and technology products.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and lead commercial discussions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful client engagement.
• Support revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
• Represent SoloSource at meetings, events, and industry engagements.

Required profile

• 5–10 years of experience in business development or sales.
• Mandatory experience in IT sales covering both services and products.
• Strong understanding of technology solutions and digital transformation offerings.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proactive, independent work style.
• Exposure to the Bahrain/GCC market is an advantage.
• Valid Bahrain driving licence preferred.
