Store Manager – Retail

About the role

The Store Manager leads the Watsons store in Bahrain, ensuring the highest level of customer service, operational excellence, and profitability. You will direct a team, manage financial performance, and drive sales through effective execution of brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales performance by monitoring KPIs, analysing category results, and implementing action plans to meet budget targets.
• Oversee store financials including P&L, controllable expenses, shrinkage, and audit compliance.
• Ensure visual merchandising, stock availability, and timely replenishment to maximise conversion and transaction rates.
• Lead, coach and develop the team through performance reviews, personal development plans and engagement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree (preferred).
• Minimum 5+ years of retail and team‑management experience in the beauty sector.
• Strong knowledge of beauty industry trends and retail operational processes.

Required skills

• Retail operational proficiency (stock management, visual merchandising, cash handling).
• People management and development capabilities.
• Excellent customer service mindset and results‑oriented attitude.
• Ability to analyse sales data and drive business decisions.
