Summer 2026 Startup Residency – Multiple Tracks

About the role

Hyperplane Innovations is launching a 12‑week Summer 2026 Residency for new graduates. Participants will join a high‑growth tech and data consulting startup in Manama, Bahrain, working directly with the founding team on real projects across four specialised tracks.

Key responsibilities

• Support the COO in building internal frameworks, drafting SOPs, writing Scope of Works and managing recruitment logistics (Business Operations track).
• Design and execute B2B lead generation strategies, optimise revenue operations and track sales pipelines (Go‑to‑Market track).
• Develop and maintain Hyperplane’s brand narrative, create corporate communication materials and ensure consistent voice across all channels (Branding & Communications track).
• Produce visual brand guidelines, manage social media and website content, and identify relevant tech events and workshops for community engagement (Marketing & Ecosystem Engagement track).

Required profile

• Recent graduate (0‑1 years experience) with a degree relevant to the chosen track (e.g., Business, Finance, Marketing, Communications, Design).
• Strong organisational, analytical and communication abilities.
• Passion for tech‑driven environments and a proactive, hands‑on attitude.

Required skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to create documentation, SOPs and templates.
• Familiarity with B2B lead generation, revenue metrics or brand storytelling, depending on the track.
