Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven Digital Marketing Specialist to design, launch and optimise multi‑channel campaigns that boost brand awareness, generate leads and acquire customers. Working remotely from Bahrain, you will partner with content, design, product and business teams to deliver data‑backed marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across paid and organic channels, including search, social media, email and content marketing.
• Manage campaign calendars, budgets and promotional activities.
• Monitor performance metrics, analyse audience behaviour and optimise strategies based on insights.
• Conduct keyword research and support SEO and SEM efforts.
• Collaborate with creators and designers to produce engaging assets.
• Prepare and present performance reports to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in digital, growth or performance marketing.
• Strong analytical mindset with data‑driven decision making.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
