Telemarketing Agent – Generate Leads & Drive Sales

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Telemarketing Agent to join our team and help generate qualified leads, promote our products and services, and convert prospects into customers through phone‑based sales activities. The role involves cold calling, customer engagement, and maintaining accurate records in our system.

Key responsibilities

• Contact prospective and existing customers by telephone to promote and sell products and services.
• Conduct cold calls and follow up on leads generated through various sources.
• Deliver prepared sales pitches, explain products, services, pricing, and offers.
• Persuade potential customers to purchase and generate qualified leads.
• Obtain customer referrals and contact details through legitimate lead‑generation activities.
• Conduct client and market surveys and maintain detailed notes on interactions.
• Collect and accurately record customer information, including names, contact details, addresses, and payment methods.
• Enter and maintain customer, contact, account, and order information in the company system.
• Handle customer questions, resolve complaints, and provide feedback on products and policies.
