Tele‑Sales Agent

About the role

The Tele‑Sales Agent will contact prospective customers by phone to promote and sell company products and services. The role combines outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and customer support, with a focus on achieving sales targets and maintaining high service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Make cold‑calls to prospects and follow up on leads generated from various sources.
• Present product features, pricing, and benefits using prepared scripts to persuade customers to purchase.
• Gather and record customer information, process orders, and update the company’s CRM system.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints, investigate issues, and propose solutions.
• Conduct market or client surveys and document detailed notes on each interaction.
• Support the line manager with ad‑hoc tasks and contribute to departmental data collection.

Required profile

• Minimum high school diploma; additional work experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Positive attitude, teamwork orientation, and ability to stay motivated.
• Basic understanding of the services offered and the ability to learn quickly.
• High level of computer literacy.
