Tele‑Sales Agent

About the role

The Tele‑Sales Agent will contact prospects by phone, promote products or services, and convert qualified leads into sales. The role combines cold‑calling, customer support, and data collection to meet daily and monthly sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospects using cold‑calling techniques.
• Present product or service information, answer questions, and persuade customers to purchase.
• Gather and record customer details, orders, and payment information in the company system.
• Handle customer complaints, investigate issues, and propose solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of contacts, accounts, and sales activities.
• Conduct client or market surveys and document detailed notes.
• Support the line manager with assigned tasks and contribute to team KPIs.

Required profile

• Minimum high school diploma; work experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Effective selling and persuasion abilities.
• Positive energy, teamwork mindset, and active listening.
• Good understanding of the offered services.
• Highly computer literate.
