Tele‑Sales Agent – Phone Sales Representative

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Tele‑Sales Agent to join our call‑center team. You will contact prospects by phone, present our products or services, and convert leads into satisfied customers.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound cold‑calls to prospects and follow up on referrals.
• Deliver scripted sales talks and answer product‑related questions.
• Obtain customer information, enter orders, and maintain accurate records in the system.
• Handle customer complaints, investigate issues, and propose solutions.
• Conduct client or market surveys and record detailed notes.
• Support the line manager with assigned tasks and contribute to data‑collection activities.

Required profile

• Minimum high‑school diploma; work experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven selling ability and persuasive attitude.
• Positive energy, teamwork mindset, and active listening.
• Good understanding of the services offered.

Required skills

• High computer literacy, especially Microsoft Office products.
