Tender Engineer – Mechanical/Civil/Electrical

About the role

We are looking for a Tender Engineer to join our Tender Department. The role involves managing the full tendering cycle for mechanical, civil and electrical projects, preparing accurate estimates and supporting business development across Bahrain and the GCC.

Key responsibilities

• Handle tenders received through direct enquiries and tender portals.
• Prepare quantity estimates based on drawings and specifications.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Maintain strong relationships with industrial clients.
• Manage the tendering process from enquiry to submission, including technical and commercial proposals.
• Conduct client presentations and participate in commercial negotiations.
• Support strategic business development initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Civil or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in tendering, estimation and business development.
• Strong commitment to health, safety, quality and client satisfaction.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to join immediately or with a short notice period.
• Willingness to work across Bahrain and other GCC locations.
