Trade Marketing Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Trade Marketing Manager to shape and execute our trade marketing strategy across Bahrain. Working remotely, you will partner with sales, brand, and channel teams to design go‑to‑market initiatives that boost market penetration, revenue, and partner engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement trade marketing plans aligned with business, brand, and sales goals.
• Create channel‑specific activation programs and promotional campaigns.
• Manage trade promotions, budgets, incentives, and commercial campaigns.
• Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and channel performance to optimise ROI.
• Produce sales enablement materials, merchandising programs, and partner communications.
• Build and maintain relationships with distributors, retailers, and strategic partners.
• Support product launches, seasonal campaigns and market expansion initiatives.
• Report trade marketing performance to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics or related field.
• 5–10+ years of experience in trade marketing, channel marketing, category management or similar commercial roles.
• Proven track record of designing and executing trade marketing programs.
• Strong analytical, communication and negotiation abilities.
• Experience managing marketing budgets and measuring campaign effectiveness.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross‑functional teams in a fully remote setting.
