Trainee Assembly Technician

About the role

Sulzer is seeking a motivated Trainee to join its production team. You will support the assembly line by putting together components according to detailed blueprints and ensuring that every product meets the company’s quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assemble parts and components using hand tools and equipment.
• Follow technical instructions, schematics and blueprints accurately.
• Inspect assembled products for defects and report any issues.
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe work area.
• Support inventory and material tracking activities.
• Adhere to safety and quality procedures at all times.

Required profile

• Basic vocational training or equivalent work experience.
• Manual dexterity and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents.
• Basic mechanical knowledge and tool‑handling skills.
• Teamwork and clear communication abilities.
• Willingness to follow procedures and meet production targets.
