Training Coordinator

About the role

The Training Coordinator will work on‑site in Manama, supporting the smooth operation of a wide range of healthcare training programmes. This full‑time position involves scheduling, administration, learner support and liaison with faculty, partners and regulatory bodies.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule courses, allocate venues and ensure training materials are ready.
• Coordinate with faculty, participants and external partners to confirm logistics.
• Manage registration, attendance records and maintain accurate databases.
• Prepare compliance documentation for accreditation and regulatory requirements.
• Respond to learner inquiries and provide day‑to‑day support.
• Assist marketing and outreach activities for training programmes.
• Support event logistics for workshops, examinations and graduation ceremonies.
• Follow established procedures and contribute to continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Strong organisational and time‑management abilities, able to handle multiple schedules.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for interaction with faculty, learners and external bodies.
• Solid administrative experience, including documentation, record‑keeping and basic reporting.
• Proficiency with standard office software (word processing, spreadsheets, presentation tools).
• Comfortable working with databases or learning management systems.
• Attention to detail, problem‑solving skills and adherence to compliance requirements.
