About the role

The Upper Elementary Classroom Teacher will create a caring, positive learning environment for students in the upper elementary grades at Riffa Views International School. The role supports the school’s mission by fostering the development of academic skills, attitudes and dispositions outlined in the learner profile.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver a comprehensive, personalized elementary curriculum that promotes key learning skills.
• Assess student progress using developmental continuums and standardized reports, and communicate results to stakeholders.
• Guide students in goal‑setting, self‑assessment, portfolio creation and student‑led conferences.
• Maintain a safe, inclusive classroom culture with high expectations for all learners.
• Participate in after‑school activities, special events and school community initiatives.
