Video Content Producer (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a creative Video Content Producer to lead the end‑to‑end production of video assets for our digital platforms. Working remotely, you will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver engaging multimedia that supports our brand and audience growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop concepts and video strategies tailored to social, web and internal channels.
• Write scripts, create storyboards and plan production schedules.
• Film, direct and manage video shoots, handling lighting and audio as needed.
• Edit and produce high‑quality videos for YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and corporate sites.
• Optimize video formats for each platform and monitor performance metrics.
• Manage budgets, talent, equipment, locations and other production resources.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Media Studies, Communications, Digital Media, Marketing or a related field.
• 2–5 years of hands‑on experience in video production and multimedia content creation.
• Strong storytelling, scripting and creative development abilities.
• Portfolio that demonstrates a range of video production work.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro or DaVinci Resolve.
• Experience in video shooting, lighting and audio recording.
• Familiarity with motion‑graphics tools such as Adobe After Effects.
