Video Editor & Graphic Designer

About the role

We are seeking a versatile Video Editor who can also handle graphic design tasks to create engaging, trend‑driven short‑form content for our social channels. The ideal candidate is comfortable editing fast‑paced videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts, and can shoot raw footage on location to support broader content creation.

Key responsibilities

• Edit raw footage into polished short‑form videos optimized for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts, following current trends in pacing, transitions, and sound.
• Stay up‑to‑date with social media trends and adapt them to the brand’s voice.
• Capture supporting video content on‑site (food, ambiance, staff, events, behind‑the‑scenes).
• Design visual assets such as social posts, story templates, promotional banners, and basic menu or print creatives.
• Plan and maintain a regular posting schedule in coordination with the Marketing Manager.
• Organise a library of raw footage, B‑roll, and finished assets for future reuse.
• Monitor performance metrics (views, engagement) and adjust content strategy accordingly.

Required profile

• Strong portfolio, demo reel, or social media handle showcasing previous short‑form video work.
• Ability to work independently, meet tight deadlines, and take initiative.
• Comfortable shooting with a smartphone or basic camera/gimbal setup.

Required skills

• Proficiency with video editing tools such as CapCut or Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Familiarity with graphic design tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Adobe Illustrator.
• Basic knowledge of motion‑graphics or animation tools (e.g., After Effects) is a plus.
