Videographer & Editor

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Videographer & Editor to join our team in Manama on a full‑time, on‑site basis. You will lead video projects from concept through delivery, ensuring each piece meets our creative standards and project goals.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and execute video productions, including location scouting and shot planning.
• Operate cameras and set up lighting to capture high‑quality footage.
• Manage on‑set audio recording and ensure proper equipment maintenance.
• Edit raw footage into polished videos using industry‑standard software.
• Collaborate with designers, marketers and other stakeholders to align visual content with brand guidelines.
• Deliver final videos on time, adhering to technical specifications and project requirements.

Required profile

• Proven experience in video production, filming and post‑production.
• Strong eye for detail, storytelling ability and creative vision.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and within a collaborative team environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Media Arts or a related field is preferred.

Required skills

• Camera operation and shooting techniques.
• Lighting setup for video shoots.
• Video equipment maintenance.
• Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
• Understanding of video formats, composition and audio recording.
