Warehouse Executive – Commercial Kitchen Equipment

About the role

The company is seeking a Warehouse Executive to lead procurement and warehouse operations for commercial kitchen equipment. This role combines sourcing, import coordination, and inventory management to ensure seamless supply chain flow.

Key responsibilities

• Handle local and international procurement of equipment, materials, spare parts and consumables.
• Source, evaluate and negotiate with suppliers and local vendors; prepare RFQs, quotation comparisons and purchase orders.
• Coordinate imports, freight forwarders, clearing agents and deliveries; review shipping documents and support customs clearance.
• Calculate landed costs and monitor procurement and logistics expenses.
• Manage warehouse receiving, storage, dispatch and inventory control; monitor stock levels, ageing and discrepancies.
• Maintain procurement, inventory, supplier and logistics records using ERP/Excel.
• Coordinate safe storage and handling of appliances, refrigeration gases, LPG‑related equipment and spare parts.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Commerce or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in procurement, warehouse, logistics or supply chain, preferably in GCC/Bahrain.
• Experience with commercial kitchen equipment, home appliances, HVAC/refrigeration, LPG or related trading/distribution.
• Strong supplier negotiation, import coordination and landed‑cost calculation experience.
• Candidates with only store‑keeping experience without procurement exposure are not suitable.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP systems.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
