Business Development Executive

About the role

We are seeking a Business Development Executive to drive growth and expand our presence in the Saudi market. The successful candidate will generate high‑quality leads, build strong stakeholder relationships, and tailor business solutions in both Arabic and English.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Saudi market.
• Generate and qualify high‑quality leads through online lead‑generation activities.
• Conduct market research and monitor industry trends.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and decision‑makers.
• Understand client needs and develop tailored business solutions.
• Communicate the company’s value proposition effectively in Arabic and English.
• Support account management and contribute to long‑term business growth.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT or a related field.
• Professional or bilingual proficiency in Arabic.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• 2+ years of experience in Technology, IT, SaaS or related sectors.
• 2+ years of hands‑on experience in online lead generation.
• Proven experience in business development and account management.
• Experience with the Saudi or Gulf market is preferred.
• Strong understanding of general business principles and commercial practices.
• Excellent relationship‑building and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Ability to design, position, and present tailored business solutions.
