Cash Collector

About the role

TK Elevator Almoayyed W.L.L is seeking a Cash Collector to join its Finance department in Manama. The role is essential for maintaining healthy cash flow by ensuring timely collection of outstanding customer payments and supporting the company’s financial stability.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the receivables portfolio, regularly contacting customers to remind them of overdue invoices and negotiate payment terms when needed.
• Maintain accurate records of collections, customer correspondence, and payment arrangements using the company’s financial systems.
• Collaborate with sales and finance teams to resolve disputes or issues that affect customer payments.
• Monitor account statuses, report on overdue accounts, and provide insights on potential payment risks to management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and financial guidelines throughout the collection process.
• Assist with month‑end closing activities by reconciling accounts and supporting audit requirements related to cash collections.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to optimise collection strategies and overall cash flow.

Required profile

• Proven experience in cash collection, accounts receivable, or related financial roles is preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities for effective interaction with customers and internal teams.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills to manage multiple accounts and documentation accurately.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Understanding of local financial regulations and business practices in Bahrain.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
