Civil Work Supervisor

About the role

The Civil Work Supervisor will be based on‑site in Manama, overseeing daily civil construction activities. This full‑time position ensures that work crews deliver projects safely, on schedule and to the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate on‑site civil work crews, subcontractors and vendors.
• Monitor progress against project specifications, schedules and budgets.
• Conduct regular inspections to verify workmanship, material quality and compliance with safety regulations.
• Maintain accurate site documentation, including daily reports, issue logs and corrective actions.
• Collaborate with engineers, project managers and clients to resolve on‑site challenges and ensure timely completion.

Required profile

• Proven supervisory experience in civil construction, with hands‑on site coordination and scheduling.
• Strong knowledge of civil construction methods, materials, local building codes and health‑and‑safety requirements, preferably in the GCC.
• Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with internal teams, contractors and clients.
