Client Director

About the role

We are looking for a senior‑level Client Director to own and grow strategic relationships with key clients. In this remote position you will act as a trusted business advisor, aligning client objectives with our solutions and driving measurable business impact.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and nurture strategic relationships with key clients, serving as their senior advisor.
• Define and execute account strategies that meet growth targets and long‑term partnership goals.
• Identify client priorities, challenges and opportunities to deliver tailored solutions.
• Drive revenue growth through account expansion, strategic partnerships and new business opportunities.
• Oversee client projects, ensuring quality delivery, timelines, budgets and desired outcomes.
• Lead cross‑functional teams to provide exceptional client experiences.
• Prepare account plans, forecasts, reports and strategic recommendations for leadership.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and client needs to shape business strategy.
• Manage complex negotiations, commercial discussions and partnership agreements.
• Resolve escalated client issues and maintain high satisfaction and retention rates.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Management or a related field.
• 7–10+ years of experience in client management, account leadership, consulting or business development.
• Proven track record managing strategic accounts and executive‑level relationships.
• Strong commercial mindset with a history of driving revenue growth.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Ability to influence senior decision‑makers and build trusted partnerships.
• Solid strategic thinking, problem‑solving and business acumen.
• Experience managing complex projects and cross‑functional teams.
