Communications Project Specialist

About the role

The Communications Project Specialist will plan, execute, and oversee a wide range of communication projects, ensuring they align with Qureos Inc’s strategic vision. This role supports clear and effective communication across diverse business units and external stakeholders, strengthening the company’s international competitiveness.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure a unified brand identity across all companies within the group.
• Collaborate with internal marketing stakeholders to understand strategies and challenges, aligning standards across the group.
• Build and maintain relationships with key marketing and public‑relations stakeholders to foster collaboration and knowledge sharing.
• Coordinate with internal and external parties to guarantee effective communication and project success.
• Track and assess communication‑campaign performance, delivering insightful reports to executive management.
• Identify potential issues early and implement corrective actions.
• Assess user experiences across the group and provide improvement recommendations.
• Plan, organise, and manage group‑level projects, setting objectives, schedules, resources, and monitoring progress.
• Work with the design team to produce content for various channels.
• Encourage participation in volunteer opportunities for professional growth and network expansion.
• Develop and implement communication strategies and initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Business Management or a related field.
• Proven experience in a project‑management role within communications or marketing.
• Exceptional written and verbal English; Arabic proficiency is highly advantageous.
• Strong organisational and time‑management skills, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented approach with solid problem‑solving capabilities.
