Complex Revenue Management Executive

About the role

The Complex Revenue Management Executive supports the Revenue Management team in maximizing room revenue across the hotel cluster in Manama. This role focuses on inventory control, competitive analysis, and system automation to drive profitable performance.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in managing rooms inventory, optimizing revenue, and ensuring data accuracy within the reservation system.
• Prepare competitive analyses and supporting documents for market sales strategy meetings.
• Manage room authorizations, rates, and restrictions, and communicate rate strategies to properties.
• Execute month‑end reporting, auditing, and forward‑looking forecasting to meet financial targets.
• Generate and update property and market revenue reports, serving as the primary source for analytical needs.
• Maintain system settings, including rate hurdles, demand forecasts, group forecasting, and daily system checks.
• Train new associates on revenue‑management tools and support the implementation of hotel sales strategies in reservation systems.

Required profile

• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• At least one year of related revenue‑management or hospitality experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• Ability to follow company policies, maintain confidentiality, and perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 15 lb.
