Restaurant Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced, customer‑focused Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations of a Kitopi cloud‑kitchen location. The role ensures smooth service, high food quality, and drives sales and profitability while leading the team to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day restaurant operations, ensuring efficient service and high standards of food quality, cleanliness and guest experience.
• Lead, coach and motivate the restaurant team, handling scheduling, performance management and training.
• Monitor sales, costs, wastage and profitability; drive revenue through upselling, promotions and customer engagement.
• Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, health & safety and company SOPs.
• Coordinate inventory, stock movement and equipment maintenance with relevant teams.
• Prepare and review operational reports on sales, labor and inventory performance.

Required profile

• 8–10 years of experience in restaurant, café or hospitality operations, preferably in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of front‑of‑house service and restaurant operations, including burger/QSR concepts.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership abilities.
• Customer‑focused attitude with the ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.
• Good problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Required skills

• Proficiency with POS systems.
• Ability to generate and interpret basic operational reports.
