CRM Representative – Customer Relationship Management

About the role

We are looking for a proactive CRM Representative to join our team in Bahrain. In this full‑time position you will be the main point of contact for our customers across automotive, healthcare, manufacturing and real‑estate sectors, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and supporting business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries promptly and provide effective resolutions.
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date customer records in the CRM system.
• Develop and execute strategies to build long‑lasting client relationships.
• Analyse customer data and feedback to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to deliver a unified customer experience.
• Prepare regular reports on CRM activities, interactions and performance metrics.
• Communicate proactively with clients to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction.
• Support the onboarding process for new clients.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a CRM, customer service or similar client‑facing role.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Customer‑centric mindset with problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field is preferred.
