Customer & Sales Support Coordinator

About the role

As a Customer & Sales Support Coordinator at OMICRON, you will act as the main point of contact for customers throughout the commercial lifecycle, from quotation to post‑sale support. You will work closely with the Area Sales Manager and sales partners to ensure smooth and efficient processes.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare quotations, handle tenders and support the sales process.
• Coordinate customer follow‑ups, product demonstrations and trainings via the OMICRON Academy.
• Maintain the customer database (CRM system) and ensure data accuracy.
• Serve as the liaison between customers, sales partners and internal teams.
• Provide backup support to the sales team as needed.

Required profile

• Commercial or business‑related education completed.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer & Sales Support, Sales Support or Inside Sales.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
• Professional communication style in English and French; Arabic is a plus.
