Executive Engineer – Supporting Managing Director

About the role

The Executive Engineer will provide technical and administrative assistance to the Managing Director of a leading EPC and MEP contractor. This position supports business development, client liaison, and internal coordination across Bahrain and the GCC.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare technical presentations, reports, and business correspondence for the Managing Director.
• Coordinate meetings, maintain action trackers, and manage the MD’s schedule.
• Collect weekly updates from all departments and consolidate them for senior review.
• Track live enquiries, tenders, and networking opportunities through MOIC, Tamkeen, Bahrain Stock Exchange, and other industry bodies.
• Liaise with international clients, key stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure timely follow‑up of business priorities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in heavy‑industrial projects.
• Strong commitment to health, safety, quality, and client satisfaction.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Ability to work independently while supporting senior management.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
