Hostess – Guest Reception

About the role

We are seeking a Hostess to be the first point of contact for guests at Four Seasons Hotel Bahrain Bay. The role involves greeting, seating and supporting guests throughout their dining experience, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests upon arrival with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Manage the seating process and waitlist efficiently to maintain smooth flow.
• Handle telephone inquiries and accurately record table reservations.
• Maintain an organized reservation book and ensure reserved tables are prepared.
• Provide information about the restaurant’s menu, offerings and promotions.
• Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly and courteously.
• Communicate guest requests to servers, kitchen staff and management.
• Collaborate with the restaurant team to optimise table turnover.
• Keep the entrance, reception and dining areas tidy and welcoming.
