HR Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead and oversee all human resources functions across the organization. The role will be responsible for shaping HR strategy, ensuring compliance with Bahrain labour regulations, and driving employee engagement in a large operational environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage end‑to‑end recruitment, onboarding, induction and the full employee lifecycle.
• Develop, implement and maintain HR policies, procedures and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with Bahrain Labour Law and other applicable employment regulations.
• Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary actions and conflict resolution.
• Oversee payroll coordination, attendance, leave management, employee records and HR administration.
• Drive performance management, employee engagement, succession planning and talent development initiatives.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, MBA (HR), Industrial Relations or a related field.
• 5–8 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role.
• Experience in large organisations (500+ employees) preferably in food catering, hospitality, FMCG, manufacturing or logistics.
• Strong knowledge of Bahrain Labour Law and statutory compliance.
• Proven track record in workforce planning, large‑scale recruitment and employee relations.

Required skills

• Proficiency with HRMS/HRIS platforms.
• Experience using payroll systems.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
