In-House Sales Executive

About the role

Carlton Real Estate is seeking a professional and highly presentable In‑House Sales Executive to support the sales and administration of premium commercial projects. Based on‑site, you will be the first point of contact for prospective clients, investors, business owners and visitors, representing the company and its projects with a polished and courteous demeanor.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and assist prospective clients and visitors in a professional manner.
• Present project details, available commercial units and related information.
• Respond to sales enquiries, schedule appointments and coordinate viewings.
• Maintain accurate client records and follow up on leads.
• Support the sales team with documentation, reports and administrative tasks.
• Coordinate with investors and business clients to facilitate transactions.
• Uphold a welcoming environment and represent Carlton Real Estate to high professional standards.

Required profile

• Highly presentable with a polished, professional appearance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confidence when dealing with executives, investors and business owners.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and relationship‑building ability.
• Well‑organized with effective follow‑up capabilities.
• Ability to present project information clearly and confidently.
• Good command of both English and Arabic.
• Experience in hospitality, luxury retail, front office or similar client‑facing roles is preferred, but not mandatory.
