Injection Moulding Supervisor

About the role

Anabia Global is seeking an experienced Injection Moulding Supervisor to lead daily production operations at its plastic pipe manufacturing plant in Budaiya, Bahrain. The role focuses on ensuring that injection moulding processes run efficiently, meet quality standards, and adhere to safety protocols.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of production workers on the injection moulding line.
• Operate, monitor, and adjust injection moulding machines to achieve production targets.
• Track raw material usage, control waste, and maintain accurate production records.
• Troubleshoot basic machine and process issues to minimise downtime.
• Prepare and submit routine production reports.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience as an Injection Moulding Supervisor.
• Hands‑on experience in plastic pipe manufacturing.
• Proven ability to lead a production team and enforce safety and quality standards.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
