Installation Engineer

About the role

The Installation Engineer is a full-time, on‑site position based in Manama, responsible for overseeing the installation of aluminum and glass architectural systems at customer locations. The role combines planning, execution, and coordination to ensure installations are safe, on time, and meet specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute equipment installation projects.
• Coordinate with project managers, site teams, and subcontractors.
• Read and interpret technical drawings and perform on‑site inspections.
• Troubleshoot installation and system issues.
• Collaborate with electrical and mechanical teams.
• Document progress and provide reports.
• Support customer handover and basic training.

Required profile

• Strong experience installing aluminum and glass systems in the field.
• Electrical engineering knowledge and wiring skills for safe connections.
• Mechanical engineering and maintenance expertise to ensure system operation.
