IT Support Officer

About the role

We are looking for a proactive IT Support Officer to join Alzayani Investments. The role blends traditional enterprise IT responsibilities with the management of modern smart‑device ecosystems, serving as the escalation point for complex technical issues.

Key responsibilities

• Provide Level 1‑3 technical support for hardware, software and network incidents.
• Configure, deploy and troubleshoot iOS and Android smartphones, tablets and personal computers.
• Install and maintain Smart TVs, media streaming devices (Apple TV, Android TV) and smart home/office automation systems.
• Support and maintain IP CCTV, access‑control and other ELV infrastructure.
• Manage LAN, WAN and Wi‑Fi networks, including switches, routers and access points, and perform L2/L3 troubleshooting.
• Assist with Windows Server administration – Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS and DHCP.
• Maintain accurate IT inventory, document configurations and coordinate with vendors for specialised repairs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or a related field.
• Minimum three years of experience in a similar IT support role, preferably within the investment or financial sector.
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
