Kaizen Promoter – Continuous Improvement Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Kaizen Promoter to drive continuous improvement across our operations. You will align Kaizen initiatives with the company’s vision for customer and employee engagement while ensuring safety and quality standards are upheld.

Key responsibilities

• Align Kaizen initiatives with corporate vision for customer and employee engagement.
• Develop and analyse process flow charts to identify inefficiencies and optimisation opportunities.
• Conduct time and motion studies to assess resource allocation and uncover time‑saving possibilities.
• Design and implement Kaizen action plans to improve service quality, reduce costs and boost customer satisfaction.
• Communicate and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders as required.
• Organise and facilitate small‑group Kaizen activities to train associates and gather feedback.
• Prepare regular progress reports and ensure compliance with quality standards, processes, procedures and policies.
• Maintain the company EHSQ policy and contribute to a stronger safety culture.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Management or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in Kaizen, Lean or process improvement, or an equivalent mix of education and experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Detail‑oriented with excellent time‑management and organisational skills.

Required skills

• Process analysis and improvement methodologies.
• Solid understanding of Kaizen and Lean principles.
• Ability to conduct time and motion studies.
• Proficiency in developing and presenting progress reports.
• Knowledge of EHSQ policies and procedures.
