Lead Project Engineer – Power & Water

About the role

Yokogawa is seeking a Lead Project Engineer to head the detailed engineering, design, assembly and testing of control systems for Power & Water projects. You will guide a multidisciplinary team to deliver solutions that meet customer specifications and support the energy transition.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the project engineering team and coordinate daily activities.
• Review customer technical requirements, specifications and standards.
• Prepare and review work procedures, hardware specifications, and Bill of Materials.
• Report progress to the Project Manager and monitor schedule and quality plans.
• Coordinate with customer engineers, lead system engineers, document controllers and QC engineers on technical issues.
• Manage purchase orders, scope deviations, and project documentation.
• Participate in site acceptance testing, commissioning, start‑up and handover activities.

Required profile

• Degree in Engineering (Instrumentation, Electronics or Electrical).
• Minimum 10 years experience in instrumentation and control systems (DCS, ESD, PLC).
• Proven experience on Power & Water project execution and retrofit projects.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and deliver on‑time.
