Manager - Brand Communications

About the role

The Manager - Brand Communications will lead the creation and execution of integrated communication strategies that strengthen Apparel Group’s brand reputation, engage key stakeholders, and ensure consistent messaging across all channels. This senior role supports executive visibility, drives media and internal relations, and guides a high‑performing communications team.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic communication plans aligned with corporate vision and business objectives.
• Serve as primary media contact, build relationships with journalists and influencers, and produce press releases and media kits.
• Design and deliver internal communication programs, including newsletters and intranet content, to boost employee engagement.
• Maintain a robust crisis communication plan and lead response efforts when needed.
• Engage with partners, community leaders, and industry associations to strengthen stakeholder relationships.
• Monitor public perception and collaborate with PR and social media teams to protect and enhance brand reputation.
• Oversee creation of high‑quality content for websites, social media, annual reports, and other platforms.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of communication professionals, fostering collaboration and innovation.
