Marketing Executive

About the role

We are seeking a creative, proactive and results‑driven Marketing Executive to support and execute marketing activities that boost brand awareness, engage customers and drive business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns across online and offline channels.
• Develop content for social media, websites, email and promotional materials.
• Coordinate promotional activities, events, campaigns and product launches.
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify new opportunities.
• Manage social media platforms and support digital marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate with creative and sales teams to produce marketing materials.
• Monitor campaign performance, customer engagement and marketing results.
• Prepare marketing reports and recommend improvements.
• Assist with advertising, promotions and brand development activities.
• Maintain consistent branding across all channels and coordinate with external agencies when required.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
• Previous experience in marketing or digital marketing is preferred.
• Strong communication, writing and presentation abilities.
• Creative thinking with attention to detail.
• Excellent organisational and project‑management skills.
• Analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Proactive, adaptable and able to work independently or in a team.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of Canva or similar design tools.
• Familiarity with social media and digital marketing platforms.
