Marketplace Lead

About the role

Siin is building a next‑generation marketplace for the GCC region and needs a Marketplace Lead to own its growth and development. You will drive both supply and demand, shaping a platform that users love and return to.

Key responsibilities

• Lead marketplace growth across the GCC with a focus on GMV and transaction volume.
• Build and nurture a high‑quality seller base across core categories.
• Develop and execute strategies to boost buyer engagement, selection and availability.
• Identify and launch new categories and markets, scaling them efficiently.
• Increase marketplace liquidity by matching the right buyers with the right sellers.
• Establish relationships with high‑potential sellers and community groups.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Technology, Operations and Growth teams to improve the marketplace experience.
• Use data, customer insights and market trends to uncover growth opportunities.

Required profile

• Experience in marketplace, e‑commerce, growth, strategy or business development.
• Strong understanding of marketplace dynamics, supply‑demand drivers and transaction flows.
• Commercially minded, analytical and results‑oriented.
• High sense of ownership and ability to turn ideas into action.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Comfortable thriving in a fast‑moving, early‑stage environment.
