Mechanical Project Manager

About the role

Arabian International Contracting Co. WLL is seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to lead industrial construction projects from award through completion. You will be responsible for coordinating equipment installation, piping, and structural works while ensuring safety, quality, and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and allocate resources for mechanical, civil and electrical disciplines.
• Oversee execution of equipment installation, piping, and structural activities.
• Track project costs, productivity and progress against targets.
• Ensure compliance with contractual, safety and quality requirements.
• Maintain coordination with clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal teams.
• Prepare regular project reports and maintain accurate documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 5‑10 years of experience in industrial construction, shutdown or maintenance projects.
• Strong commitment to health, safety, quality and client satisfaction.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to join immediately or with a short notice period.
• Willingness to work across Bahrain and other GCC locations.
