MEP Engineer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced MEP Engineer to lead the planning, coordination and supervision of mechanical, electrical and plumbing works on a variety of construction projects, including villas, commercial buildings and high‑rise towers in Bahrain.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and supervise all on‑site MEP construction activities.
• Ensure installations follow approved drawings, specifications and project schedules.
• Review and interpret MEP drawings, shop drawings, specifications and technical documents.
• Coordinate MEP works with civil, structural, architectural and finishing trades.
• Supervise subcontractors, technicians and site teams, monitoring manpower, materials and productivity.
• Conduct regular site inspections, resolve technical clashes and ensure quality standards.
• Review material submittals, method statements, RFIs and manage testing, commissioning and handover.
• Maintain compliance with Bahrain regulations, HSE requirements and engineering standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, MEP Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on MEP construction experience, preferably in Bahrain.
• Proven experience on villas, commercial or high‑rise projects.
• Strong ability to read and interpret MEP drawings and specifications.
• Effective communication, coordination and problem‑solving skills.
