Odoo Techno Functional Consultant

About the role

We are looking for an Odoo Techno Functional Consultant to join our growing team in Bahrain Bay. The role blends technical knowledge of Odoo software with a strong sales orientation, requiring you to drive the full sales cycle while delivering compelling product demonstrations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Achieve monthly sales objectives for Odoo solutions.
• Qualify customer needs and translate them into functional requirements.
• Negotiate contracts and finalize agreements.
• Deliver masterful demos of our software to prospective clients.

Required profile

• Bachelor degree or higher.
• Passion for software products and a proactive, "get it done" attitude.
• Excellent written English.
• Highly creative, autonomous and strong problem‑solving skills.
• Valid work permit for Belgium (as required by the employer).
