Operations Executive

About the role

Amalfi Foods is seeking a proactive and technology‑savvy Operations Executive to support daily operational and administrative activities across its manufacturing site in Bahrain. The role requires strong coordination between internal departments, suppliers, service providers, and government authorities.

Key responsibilities

• Support and follow up on daily operational requirements across the company and factory.
• Coordinate activities between Operations, Production, HR, Finance, Procurement, Sales, Quality and other functions.
• Maintain operational trackers, action lists, deadlines and management reports.
• Prepare reports, presentations, correspondence and operational documentation.
• Manage government procedures, applications, renewals and approvals with authorities such as LMRA, SIO, MOIC/Sijilat, Tamkeen, municipalities and Civil Defence.
• Monitor commercial registrations, licences, permits and employee documentation.
• Assist with visa, work‑permit, onboarding and administrative procedures in partnership with HR.
• Support supplier sourcing, quotations, purchase follow‑ups and service‑provider coordination.
• Assist factory projects, machinery maintenance and operational improvements.
• Use digital tools to improve reporting, communication, document control and workflow efficiency.
• Identify operational issues early and recommend practical solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in operations, administration, government relations or a similar role.
• Good knowledge of Bahrain’s government procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Strong organizational, follow‑up and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is highly preferred.
• Experience in food manufacturing, FMCG or an industrial environment is an advantage.
• Valid Bahrain driving licence is preferred.
