Operations Manager

About the role

We are looking for an Operations Manager to lead our logistics, field and collection activities. The role combines business development, route execution, driver supervision and warehouse oversight to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and secure contracts with key accounts, negotiate terms and manage client relationships.
• Oversee daily field operations, ensuring on‑time collections, efficient routes and zero loss or theft.
• Manage drivers, storekeepers and field teams, enforcing discipline, attendance and performance standards.
• Plan and optimise daily and weekly collection schedules, balancing fuel usage, warehouse capacity and volume targets.
• Supervise warehouse activities, maintain accurate inventory records and monitor bulk storage levels.
• Ensure all collected material meets quality standards and handle non‑compliant loads.
• Track and report KPIs such as collection volumes, driver productivity and missed pickups, taking corrective actions as needed.
• Monitor operations for fraud or irregularities, escalating issues promptly.
• Execute management directives across hiring, logistics and procurement, ensuring full task closure.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• 3–7 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, collections or FMCG operations.
• Proven track record managing drivers and field teams, with strong sales and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work in a high‑pressure, field‑based environment up to 12 hours per day.
• Fluent in Arabic and English; valid driving licence preferred; GCC experience is a plus.
• High integrity, discipline and accountability.
