Operations Manager

About the role

The Operations Manager will serve as the primary liaison between Qureos Inc and its clients, overseeing the smooth execution of projects, data integrity, and service provider relationships. This role ensures that operational processes align with company values and deliver high‑quality outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for client management on operational matters.
• Lead integration, transition, and onboarding of projects, people, and workflows.
• Maintain data integrity, perform analysis, and manage Management Information Systems (MIS).
• Negotiate and manage relationships with service providers, including audits and continuous improvement.
• Develop and maintain product offerings, services, and pricing structures.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to enhance tools, systems, and operational efficiency.
• Coordinate marketing plans, campaigns, newsletters, and promotions.
• Monitor production KPIs, perform quality controls, and ensure CRM data quality.
• Design and implement training, resource management processes, and KPI reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business.
• 6–10 years of experience in product development, vendor management, and operations management.
• Proven ability to communicate with senior‑level clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
