Planner – Project Scheduling for Manufacturing

About the role

We are looking for a Planner to support the planning and scheduling of joinery and furniture manufacturing projects. You will work closely with Setting‑Out, Procurement, Production, Logistics and external clients to keep projects on track and ensure material availability.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in developing project timelines, detailed schedules and baseline plans.
• Identify critical‑path activities, dependencies and potential bottlenecks.
• Create dashboards, tracking reports and weekly/monthly progress updates.
• Act as the main communication hub between Setting‑Out, Procurement, Production, Logistics, Project Management and external parties.
• Collaborate with the Material Engineer and Procurement team to monitor material requirements, lead times and delivery dates.
• Escalate order issues, track deliveries and support order follow‑through.
• Contribute to process improvements by providing operational and administrative support and proposing procedural innovations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture or Interior Design.
• 3‑5 years of experience in project planning, scheduling or operations within manufacturing or construction/fit‑out.
• Proven experience with Extension of Time, baseline schedules, Earned Value Management and regular reporting.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and understand proper sequencing.
