Planning Engineer – Bahrain

About the role

We are looking for a Planning Engineer to join our construction team in Bahrain. The role involves developing, maintaining and updating construction schedules to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain baseline schedules, master construction programmes and Work Breakdown Structures (WBS).
• Monitor project progress against approved schedules and update programmes based on actual performance.
• Collect progress data from project teams, identify delays, schedule deviations and potential risks.
• Prepare regular progress reports and schedule updates for management.
• Support project management with planning and scheduling activities and maintain accurate project control documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• 1–3 years of experience in construction planning and scheduling.
• Age between 27 and 35 years.
• Strong analytical and organisational abilities.
