About the role

Four Seasons Hotel Bahrain Bay is seeking a skilled and reliable plumber to join its Engineering team. The role focuses on maintaining and repairing the hotel's plumbing systems while ensuring safety and guest satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair plumbing systems throughout the hotel.
• Install and repair water supply lines, drainage systems, fixtures, valves, pumps, and related equipment.
• Respond promptly to guest and departmental maintenance requests.
• Perform preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Monitor water systems and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
• Diagnose issues and recommend effective solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance activities, and material usage.
• Collaborate with other Engineering team members to support hotel operations.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.

Required profile

• Technical certification or diploma in Plumbing or a related trade.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in plumbing maintenance, preferably in a luxury hotel, resort, or large commercial facility.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Good English communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
