Project Planner – Construction & Fit‑out

About the role

The Project Planner will drive project scheduling, cost and time management for fit‑out and high‑rise construction projects. Working closely with site managers, engineers and procurement, you will ensure that all deadlines are met and material supplies are secured.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules, baseline plans and Earned Value Management (EVM) reports.
• Prepare and issue RFQs, collect supplier quotes, and coordinate ordering with the procurement team.
• Act as the main interface between the company, clients, subcontractors and external parties to close out procurement activities.
• Review new job scopes, identify RFIs, discrepancies and ensure proper documentation.
• Produce weekly and monthly progress dashboards and status reports.
• Support the Setting Out team, resolve production‑related communication issues, and ensure smooth hand‑overs.
• Participate in team meetings, generate follow‑up notes and drive accountability.
• Propose procedural innovations to improve operational efficiency.

Required profile

• 7‑10 years of experience in a fit‑out or construction company.
• Background in 5‑star hotel, public area or commercial projects; high‑rise building experience preferred.
• Willingness to work in Jeddah or relocate within Saudi Arabia.
• Proven ability to manage extensions of time, baseline schedules and multi‑project environments.
• Ready to join immediately.
