QA/QC Associate Manager

About the role

We are looking for a QA/QC Associate Manager to lead our quality assurance and control functions across manufacturing and fit‑out projects. The role ensures compliance with corporate standards, project specifications and relevant industry regulations while driving continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain corporate QA procedures and QC processes aligned with ISO 9001 and FSC standards.
• Create and update written procedures for production QC and corporate QA.
• Introduce and manage digital quality tracking systems, including dashboards and barcode solutions.
• Oversee incoming material inspections, in‑process checks and final product audits for joinery, metal, polishing and packaging departments.
• Control non‑conforming products, coordinate corrective actions and ensure use of approved materials and drawings.
• Maintain quality records, Inspection Test Plans (ITPs), checklists and method statements in line with the Project Quality Management Plan.
• Produce QC inspection reports with analysis and recommendations, and lead monthly operation meetings to discuss trends and improvement initiatives.
• Prepare audit reports, monitor effectiveness of quality procedures and lead the QA/QC team.
• Deliver training programmes to raise quality awareness and develop future leaders.
• Analyse customer feedback and implement measures to reduce recurring issues.

Required profile

• Engineering degree or related discipline.
• 8–10 years of QA/QC experience in manufacturing or fit‑out projects.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, FSC and related industry standards.
• Proven ability to lead teams and coordinate with project managers, site engineers and subcontractors.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving and leadership skills.
