QA/QC Associate Manager

About the role

The QA/QC Associate Manager will lead the quality assurance and control functions across production and project activities, ensuring compliance with corporate standards, project specifications, and industry regulations. This role is pivotal in driving continuous improvement and maintaining high quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and maintain corporate QA procedures and QC processes in line with ISO9001 and FSC standards.
• Prepare written procedures for production QC and corporate QA.
• Implement digital systems for quality tracking and reporting, such as dashboards and barcode systems.
• Oversee incoming material inspections, in‑process checks, and final product audits across Joinery, Metal, Polishing, and Packaging departments.
• Control non‑conforming products and initiate corrective actions with relevant managers.
• Maintain quality records, Inspection Test Plans (ITPs), checklists, and method statements according to the Project Quality Management Plan.
• Lead monthly operation meetings to discuss trends, recommendations, and improvement initiatives.
• Prepare audit reports and monitor the effectiveness of quality procedures.
• Lead the QA/QC team and coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and subcontractors.
• Implement training programs to enhance quality awareness and develop future leaders.

Required profile

• Degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
• 8–10 years of experience in QA/QC within manufacturing or fit‑out projects.
• Strong knowledge of ISO9001, FSC, and related industry standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
